Grant a full Presidential Pardon to Cpl. Stephen A. Marshall a former member of the Pennsylvania State Poice

WHEREAS; Stephen A. Marshall severed honerably as a member of the Pennsylvania State Police for over 13 years
WHEREAS; Stephen A. Marshall placed his own life in jeopardy on numerous occasions in the defense and protection of others
WHEREAS; Stephen A. Marshall received numerous awards and commendations for his service
WHEREAS; Stephen A. Marshall was arrested, tried and convicted of a crime based upon actions stemming from his duties as a member of the Pennsylvania State police
WHEREAS; such actions did not substantiate a crime
WHEREAS; Stephen A. Marshall had never before or since been involved in any criminal acivity
WHEREAS; Stephen A. Marshall would like to once again become a contributing member of society and find gainful employment
WE ASK that you grant a full PARDON for same
