There remains a lingering suspicion that Don or some other person in Congress or elsewhere will continue the stated policy toward Sec'y Clinton of "locking her up." Don has recently said he wouldn't pursue this, but a).his position on any one issue changes from day to day. b). he may be pressured by outside forces to persecute her. To preempt this possibility, just issue a blanket pardon and remove all doubt about any persecution. Also consider pardoning yourself because Don is just too unpredictable and may accuse you of subverting the Constitution. "Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that somebody isn't really out to get you..."
