The HHS Mandate that goes into effect 1/1/13 will abrogate the Establishment Clause by forcing employers to violate their moral and ethics and removes from them their rights of conscious by forcing all employers to provide insurance coverage for abortions/abortive agents/birth control. This is illegal under the US Constitution's Bill of Rights and must be stopped.
This petition says that we believe no individual or organization should be forced to provide coverage for or commission of medical procedures, services, or medications that violate closely held convictions, particularly concerning the sanctity of life, whether or not they are classified as a "religious organization".
