The US Island territories of American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Midway Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the US Virgin Islands currently do not have the right to vote in federal elections. They also do not have voting rights in the House of Representatives, and do not have any elected Senators. Some are not even considered to be US citizens. It is time to enter modern day society and allow these territories the ability to vote.
