Grant funding for the formation and training of loyalist State militias to retake any and all States that may secede.

As it is clear that the defense of the Union should fall first and always to the citizens, we hereby petition the President to grant funding to loyal States for the formation and training of militias to defend the Union against traitorous separatists who seek the dissolution of said Union.That it is known among Americans, "Never send a Texan to do an Illinoisian's job" as evidenced by the contrast between George W. Bush's unjust and tyrannical rule and the just and dignified government of Barack Obama, and further by the possession of Santa Anna's leg by Illinois and NOT Texas, it is believed reasonable and just that the first of these militias be organized by the people of Illinois who now as always support the Union, as we are the geographical and metaphorical heart of the nation.
