Grant a general amnesty for all individuals convicted and or charged with the possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Please grant a general amnesty for all individuals whom have been charged with and or convicted of the possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia. We believe that this amnesty for simple possession charges should be considered for humanitarian reasons. We believe that the consequences imposed by these convictions are excessive and unwarranted given the nature of the offences. We believe that the continued enforcement of these consequences places an undue burden on not only the individuals in question, but to to the tax payers as a whole.
