¿Why Puerto Rico want to join Russia? This question have been asked by hundreds of Puerto Ricans tired of imploring the USA government for elimination of second class citizen status, to discontinue being treated as a pariah or bastards. Puerto Ricans are US citizens without voting rights for presidential elections, no congress representation, individuals and corporations paying extremely high taxes with little return due to non statehood status. There is a way to change this?...Ironically Yes, incorporate Puerto Rico to Russia by the means of a referendum. We, the people of Puerto Rico should stop being humble, poor solicitors of US statehood. The commonwealth of Puerto Rico should consider affiliation to a sovereign country like Russia.
