Grant immigration reforms to those who have citizen children, and have no criminal records, and have paid all taxes.

I have known some friends whose parents are immigrants, but their children are citizens. They have told me that they're parents have lived in the U.S. for more than 20 years but, have not been naturalized. They don't have criminal records,and have paid their taxes at all times. But they're worried that they can loose their job and be deported, while their kids stay here, which seems sad and unjust to me.
