When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve their ties with an unrepresentative political system.

-He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people (DHS, TSA, IRS)
-He has rendered the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power(Must declare war in congress)
-He stockpiled 2 b rounds for DHS war
-For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury(NDAA and kill lists)
