Grant individual states rights regarding policies which We The People feel are hampering to growth and economy.

In light of recent measures to secede from these UNITIED states, We the People demand that to prevent our country from being torn asunder that the president enact legislation making measures such as Obamacare which we the people feel is financially crippling to small businesses as well as other broad sweeping policies enacted by this government, to be voluntary on a state by state level rather than enforced federally with countrywide ramifications. We feel that such enforcement has caused a divide at the community level, and that this divide has reached it's peak with the onslaught of state petitions regarding secession. The first Civil War was hard enough, allow us to avoid creating another divide, so that this great nation shall not perish from the earth
