Hereby request that Jeremy Clarkson be granted honorary citizenship for his handling of Piers Morgan. Piers was acting in an insensitive nature towards those who suffer from Parkinsons disease. This particular behavior is despicable for a human being. Jeremy Clarkson defended the honor of those patients,he did this by landing a right hook across piers face. We would like to uphold Clarkson as a shining beacon as to the decency of man Thank you.
