Upon extradition, the U.S government should grant Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán U.S citizenship and shall grant him the right to run in the 2016 U.S presidential election. In the process, all charges brought against him shall be dropped.
Joaquín Guzmán is a smart man who knows how to manage large sums of money, clearly a lot better than the worlds most powerful government. He gives his people jobs and security where their own government can't.
We can't trust any of the candidates that have been offered to us. But we can trust El Chapo.
