grant at least 5,000 dollars a year for people who have been out of work for more then 2 years cause no one will hire em

no matter what you do how nice you dress employers wont give you a chance cause there looking for good looking girls or smooth talking guys to fill the position an you've been outta work for months on end an your family's hurtin cause you cant provide for them so at least 5,000 dollars or so on January 1st would be a god send to those people .....my self included
