Grant a legal waiver to minors who are without residency in the United States, if their parents reside here legally

Created by A.O. on February 11, 2013

The United States immigration policy is a very real problem in our country today, especially regarding children. I believe that if a minor's parents are American citizens or residents, then there should be a legal waiver automatically guaranteed to the minor, allowing them to reside in the United States without restriction until the age of 18. Children often have no say in the situation, so it is completely unfair to punish then for something that they have no control over. They should not be denied basic privileges such as employment or a driver's license. These policies in immigration are tearing apart families, and are becoming increasingly problematic in the lives of thousands of people.

Please help these poor children who are victims of our country's stringent immigration policy.
