To follow in the strides made in automotive refinement over the years, the American people respectfully request an increased speed limit to high performance cars that qualify. As the super car has grown, so to should its allowed highway speed. Along with this, the owner of such a car must also support a clean driving record to reinforce the practice of motor safety.
