Grant licensed high performance cars an increased speed limit on highways.

Created by P.O. on February 03, 2014

Since 1757, the speed limit has been in effect all over the country to ensure the safety of it's motorists. It is with the introduction of Eisenhower's Federal Aid Highway Act of 1956, that the commonly known speed limit range of 55-70 mph, was introduced. Almost 60 years later, the world of motorsports continues to further push the pinnacle of automotive technology thanks to companies like Ferrari and McLaren. To follow in the strides made in automotive refinement over the years, the American people respectfully request an increased speed limit to high performance cars that qualify. As the super car has grown, so to should its allowed highway speed. Along with this, the owner of such a car must also support a clean driving record to reinforce the practice of motor safety.
