This petition is to grant a line of duty death determination for Chief Petty Officer Chris Kyle. Chief Kyle was killed while helping a veteran with severe PTSD through immersion therapy. He is survived by a wife and two children. His dependents deserve the beneifts granted those to the dependnets of those killed in the line of duty.
