Marc Emery, a Canadian national was extradited and sentenced to five years in a US prison. Upon his recent release he was deported back to Canada. In accordance with his sentencing, he is not able to legally enter the United States. We believe this to not only be an unjust punishment, but is also depriving the United States access to one of the greatest minds and voices within the Cannabis Culture, that is ever growing in acceptance and support. It is our goal to find a legal avenue in which we will be able to bring this individuals expertise to our country, aiding in the establishment of a fair and logical drug policy.
