Grant "Minuteman" status to all Honorably Discharged Veterans to open carry fireams in the U.S.

Created by M.D. on November 13, 2012

As Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and Chief Executive sworn to support the Constitution and it's Bill of Rights, it is requested that an Executive Order be signed allowing all Honorably Discharged Veterans (without any other legal proclussion from firearm ownership) be granted "Minuteman" status that allows them to open carry firearms in the United States. As each of these Veterans has sworn an oath to Defend the Constitution against all Enemies Foreign or Domestic, and that oath was not rescinded upon Honorable Discharge, these Men and Women represent a defacto Well Regulated Militia as expressed in the Constitution. They are the immediate and first line of defense in case of full national emergency. They represent stalwart positive rolemodels of U.S. citizens.
