Grant my autistic brother full time school hours. School only allows 2 1/2 hours of education a day only.

Created by K.A. on January 24, 2013

I'm Kenny Agin from Leland, NC. My brother Will who is 9 goes to Town Creek Elementary School. He is autistic. The school has limited his school time for his aggressiveness which was originally at 1 hour a day for 3 days a week. Over a year later it has only risen to 2 1/2 hours a day for every school day. I feel the school is treating my brother unfairly due to his aggressiveness while his classmates who suffer from different mental and physical disabilities enjoy full time education. My brother can't even count to 10 sometimes and he can't write his own name. I would also want an investigation of the school officials who allowed this to happen. Problems with aggression and attitude can affect special needs children but sometimes that's how they communicate. Why is my brother singled out?
