Grant Navy SEAL Carl Higbie a Hearing Before The Administrative Separation Board To Request An Honorable Discharge.

Created by C.F. on December 22, 2012

Months after receiving an honorable discharge from the Navy, the administration and senior military commanders saw the ripple of my book and downgraded me to a "General Discharge", stripping me of many veteran benefits. Military standard dictates that I am entitled to an "Administrative Separation Board" to receive anything less than an "Honorable Discharge" which I was never afforded. The powers that be circumvented the written rules and underhandedly downgraded me months after I had already been discharged. This has never happened in the history of the military.
