We the People request that it not only be allowed, but compulsory to slap a stupid person immediately when and where such stupidity is revealed.
We understand that many in Washington will be steadfastly against this, but it will work to everyone's benefit to have such a policy in place, as the few that are worthy of their positions in Washington and elsewhere will be readily identifable by their lack of swollen, reddened cheeks.
We also request that Washington pressure other nations to grant diplomatic immunity to any US citizen who is excercising this obligation abroad (for example, on the IOC, Japanese animators, the French etc).
