In todays society it's hard to find employment that can manage a household for the average American. It's even more harder for a felon who has changed their ways, that might have committed an act decades ago. Jobs applications ask recipients have they ever been convicted of a felon, certain realtor states companies will not rent to felons, felons with degrees are not able to utilize their degrees because of a past act, some colleges will not accept felons applications, and certain types of loans for start-up businesses will not accept felons. Just because a person made a mistake when they were younger or years ago does not mean they should be destine for failure in life today.
