Lynn Farrell Smith, Robert Duncan, and Matthew Davies were sentenced to prison for cultivating and/or selling cannabis in violation of federal law. These otherwise up-standing citizens were operating a business legal under state law, which provided medicinal marijuana products for persons with valid prescriptions.
We ask that these men be pardoned for these crimes as they were operating as a benefit, not a menace, to society.
