grant the PEACEFUL secession of West Virginia from the United States.

Grant freely and allow the state of West Virginia a peaceful secession from the United States of America. Grant it the freedom to govern and control itself free from the tyranical,marxist, dictatorship called the United States government. I served both on and off the battle field for this country, and what this country has become under this administration is cruel and inhumane. Mr.Obama, whom will not be called the President , has destroyed this state with his marxist idealogy, and tyranical ways. West Virginia has been badly damaged by Obama destroying its industry, and employment.West Virginia will not go peacefully into being a welfare state as the governement wants.The administration is corrupt and illegitimate.
