grant people with a GED or high school equivalent access to jobs that require a high school diploma

there are many companies out there that will not accept a GED or high school equivalent i mean might as well say less then equivalent. not all of us were able to get a high school diploma, some probably dropped out due to uncontrollable circumstances and some didn't approve the way they teach. its completely wrong.
