Comprehensive immigration reform must address the entire system not just the portion appealing to the Latin-American population. We need to improve enforcement of current laws, eliminate the backlog of visa applications and develop a more efficient processing system. We need to review our visa structure and perhaps reallocate the total number of visas allowed annually and / or look at new categories. We need a system to track those in the country on student or travel visas. Yes, we need to address reform of our total immigration system, not just the portion that applies to those sneaking across our southern border
