grant Permanent Residency to those who qualify and have obtained Differed Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

Created by D.D. on March 20, 2014

In the summer of 2012 the Obama Administration gave an executive order to The Department of Homeland Security to supply certain qualifying children with legal status within the United States of America. This became known as Differed Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). These children came to the country as minors, are NOT at fault for overstaying their visas or having arrived into the country illegally. I ask for Permanent Residency, because with this, DACA students could pay In-State tuition fees in their local Universities and Colleges. Those who are in need will be able to apply for FASFA. This will end the state by state fight of whether DACA students will be allowed to pay In-State fees because they will be Permanent Residents of the United States. This is VITAL for their education!
