We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

GRANT PERMANENT U.S. CITIZENSHIP TO ALL UNDOCUMENTED PEOPLE LIVING IN FLINT, MICHIGAN since APRIL 17, 2014.

Created by J.K. on December 31, 2016

On April 17, 2014, Darnell Earley, an Emergency Manager acting under the authority of Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, switched the City of Flint’s water source to the Flint River. All of the residents of Flint, including undocumented immigrants were poisoned with lead and other unknown chemicals for two years, and will face health issues for generations. When public notice was given, the State failed to go door-to-door to residents, and initially failed to provide notices in other languages; causing the Spanish speaking population in Flint to have even further delayed public notice. We the people ask that you grant citizenship to all undocumented people living in Flint, Michigan since April 17, 2014 so they are able to get the proper care and treatment they need without fear of deportation.
