Grant personhood status to protohumans.

Though the issue may seem of little relevence by its very nature, considering advancments in the fields of genetics and cloning, it seems likely that sometime in the forseeable future science will be able to ressurect once-extinct species. With this in mind, we can assume that among these species would be our close relatives in the genus Homo. Because of their close relation to Homo sapiens, it is likely that some species would posess cognative faculties approaching, or in the case of H. neandertalensis even rivaling, those of our own species. It is for this reason that we propose personhood status and full protection as human beings under the law for revived members of the genus Homo.
