All time hits leader in MLB, Pete Rose, should be granted a full presidential pardon for his actions in 1989, betting on baseball. Pete Rose is a worthy candidate for the baseball Hall of Fame. Granting him a pardon would fully void a lifetime ban imposed on him, thus reinstating him immediately. Mr. Rose did not take any Performance Enhancing Drugs nor did he make racists comments. Other sports have banned athletes for those incidents. However, Mr. Rose is aware that what he did was wrong. He is sorry for doing what he did. Please consider this.
