Out of deference to the U.S. Constitution, which grants the right of free speech to U.S. Citizens, and notwithstanding that that right is extended to anyone on U.S. soil, I hereby request that Piers Morgan (CNN Journalist) be granted U.S. Citizenship herewith as his unique and challenging journalism is a valuable addition to our tradition of free and open debate on public policy issues.
