Grant President authority to limit schedule of House of Rep to minimum 220 work days per year or forfeit equal days pay.

We taxpayers are sick of seeing the House of Representatives enjoy full time pay and benefits while working part time hours. We the people are not being represented adequately due to the schedule for 2013 of 185 work days. Recently we have noted they work two weeks and are off two weeks a month or more.
