We petition President Obama and the administration to grant Mr. Chuck Ramsey the Presidential Medal of Freedom for rescuing 3 ladies and 1 child held in captivity for years in a house in his neighborhood in Cleveland, OH. Mr. Ramsey at no point considered for his own safety, assisted Ms. Berry immediately, and through his selfless efforts brought 4 people back home. These acts alone "contribute an especially meritorious contribution to the security and national interest of the US, and to significant public and private endeavors, " for which the Medal was established.
