Chris Mizanskey of Missouri is 20 years into his life-without-parole sentence for marijuana-related offenses.
We believe that this sentence is improper for the offenses he committed, and President Obama should consider exercising Executive Clemency to grant a full Presidential Pardon to Mr. Mizanskey.
