Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, one of the Boston Bombers, is currently held in a maximum security prison, attempting to appeal a death sentence. The majority of Boston finds the judgement overly excessive. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is guilty as to what he's done. But America must not be him. We must not kill him just because he killed people too. Doing so is the equivalent of the response of a child picking a fight. We condemned Dzhokhar most likely with that reflex. He should be either pardoned or receive a commutation-of-sentence. Instead of death, he could be forced to serve in the military or in the community, therefore turning a convicted criminal into a productive part of society. Perhaps grant a Presidential Pardon maintaining certain grounds. Ultimately, criminals with unbroken minds can be molded.
