We believe that Steven Avery was wrongfully convicted of the murder of Teresa Halbach on March 18, 2007 in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. Those who investigated Avery's case had a severe conflict of interest that infringed upon his constitutional rights to a fair trial. We believe that this case requires presidential review, and ultimately request the presidential pardon of Steven Avery.
