The individual stated in the petition was arrested for a misdemeanor crime in Texas in 1990. He served 2years probation and 600 hours of community service. This conviction has been the only infraction of the law besides minor traffic tickets. Mr. Lattin is an honorably discharged veteran and sincerely desires to become a law enforcement officer in Texas. The class A misdemeanor conviction is currently a lifetime bar. It is Mr. Lattins sincere hope that a Presidential pardon will open doors and allow him to live his dream.
