Grant Puerto Rico the Right to vote on Presidential Elections & utilize Political Parties money to pay the $73B debt.

As per 1901 constitution, Puerto Rico territory was not granted the right to vote on Presidential elections because we were Aiens at the time. After a Century, Puerto Rico's politicians have created a Monguls debt of $72 billion. Puerto Rico has 21% more native american Citizens than many of the continental states. Let's eliminate Political parties on the island and their obsolete procedures, use that money to pay for the 72B debt and Grant Puerto Ricans the right to vote on Presidential Elections. Congress will then have the power to track and fizcalize PR Expenditures and create a fund to pay our creditors.
