In Uganda they are considering and very close to passing a bill that would make homosexuality a crime with punishments that are extreme as life in prison and death. We request that all members of the LGBTQ community receive refugee status and foreign aid to Uganda be frozen until they sign a treaty with the U.S to never pass a bill like this
