Grant refugee status to the children from South and Central America seeking asylum in the US.

Children from Central and South America are leaving their homes and seeking refuge in America from gang and drug cartel violence. Gangs recruit children and arm them against one another, often under the threat of rape and death. This is a humanitarian crisis effecting children. We need to grant these children refugee status so that they are not deported back to their countries to be killed and raped.
