Grant refugee status to unaccompanied children from Central America who are arriving at our border to escape violence.

Created by M.T. on July 20, 2014

Please join the United Nations in urging the Obama Administration to grant refugee status to the tens of thousands of unaccompanied children from Central America who are arriving at the US border in order to escape violence in their home countries. We are a nation with a proud humanitarian history and this is an opportunity to reinforce to the world why America truly is the greatest country in the world. Let's celebrate World Humanitarian Day - on August 19th - by submitting over 100,000 signatures to the Obama Administration and surpassing the threshold required for the President to review, respond and react to our insistence that the border crisis is not an immigration problem; rather, it's a humanitarian crisis and should be addressed with compassion.
