Everyday, our children are suffering at the expense of a mismanaged public educational system. This petition addresses only one facet of that broad system, the stress-inducing chaos recently termed IB Chemistry which has proven to have negative effects on child mental health and development. As of April 29, 2016, the federal government has taken no progressive actions to prevent or so regulate this terrible grievance on our youth. This petition asks for temporary relief in the suspension of all grading and a formal United States government apology for the coursework.
