grant reparations to those people and their families/descendants who have been harmed by unlawful prohibition

to grant people whose lives have been irreversibly damaged, by this unlawful prohibition, compensation relative to what has been taken away by the so called justice system. these so called criminals were victims of a flaw in our system and by paying for their crimes the system will be set right once more. we have had presidents that have smoked maraijuana,im sure each are glad they did not get caught as it would have ruined their lives, like they have allowed so many others to be destroyed.please help me to make this right and maybe by doing this we will assure this will never happen again.liberty is freedom from government.thank you
