To grant a retrial for Carlos Coy an inmate in TDC convicted of aggravated asult with no evidence.

Created by M.G. on June 16, 2015

As citizens of the United States we all have the right to a fair trial. By investigating into Carlos Coy's case you will cl early see he did not receive one. All we ask is that he be granted a retrial. If the district attorney in Texas investigated this case he would be inclined to arrange for Mr. Coy to see his civil rights restored. Mr. Coy was sentenced to forty-five years for aggravated asult on a minor with no evidence only on a testimony of a clearly coached nine year old there was no evidence. Jane Doe as she is referred to changed her story first by saying it could have been a dream, then she stated the asult took place for 5 minutes then in the civil court the alleged victim claimed the asult only took place for a minute.
