Russell Faria has been falsely convicted for the murder of his wife, Betsy Faria on December the 27th, 2011. Mr. Faria was convicted on what can be clearly seen as both a sloppy police investigation and trial. Mr. Faria's defense attorney provided a strong alibi, which the prosecution "debunked" using an elaborate conspiracy of which no evidence existed.
