Post secession, the released states will be responsible for forming every aspect of a new country from government structure to currency. A temporary open border policy with the United States would be ideal to allow citizens to move to the country of their preference.
I propose this new country to counter issues that have been found with not only the Obama Administration, but with the majority of the United States since the 1800s.
