Grant service connected disability to every medical condition diagnosed and treated within a veterans STR.

In the fairness to those who have volunteered a portion of their lives,long or short, to the defense of this country and military families it is requested for veterans who have 180 days or more of active duty/reserve status to obtain service connected status for all diagnosed and treated conditions within their service treatment records. Many things were "knit picked" by the government.
