Whereby:

- The government of the United States of America has expanded far beyond the intent of the Founding Fathers.

- The government of the United States of America has assumed powers that were not specifically provided it by the People as enumerated in the United States Constitution.

- The government of the United States of America has become abusive of the People and destructive of the Peoples' unalienable rights.

- The government of the United States of America has imposed policies of theft, coercion and violence upon the People.

The People of the State of Arizona hereby express Our intent to peaceably secede from the United States of America so that We may exercise Our unalienable rights, and pursue life, liberty and justice for Ourselves and Our posterity.
