Peacefully grant the State of North Carolina the ability to withdrawl from the United States of America and create its own NEW Sovereign state and Government. We are hurting in NOrth Carolina under the current President and dont feel life is able to continue to hold any value under this current path. We also ask that the federal Government forgive North Carolina of the current debt to Washington.
