Grant the state of Washington to absolve itself from the United States of America and create its own form of government.

We the people of the great state of Washington, do see that in today's world the Federal Government has overstepped its bounds and enacted war upon the constitutional rights and freedoms of its people. That the Federal Government has sought to assasinate, torture, detain and slander its own citizenry, creating a system of surveilance so great, that the sanctity of our homes has been invaded. The Federal Government has not led our citizens justly nor has it protected our rights as it was sworn under God to do. We therefore, as free men and women of the great state of Washington do belive that it is time to ensure our survival as a free peoples and shall enact our own laws and govern ourselves without the involvement of the Federal Government from this day forth.
